Welcome to OmFlo (the 'Service'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NOVAPLAY SDN. BHD. By downloading, installing, or using OmFlo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

OmFlo provides tools for personal growth and self-exploration, including personalized guidance based on astrology, an AI Wisdom Guide for conversation, guided meditations, and daily affirmations.

We may introduce additional features to OmFlo in the future. All such features will be subject to these Terms. We have the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users about significant changes to the App's functionality.

• The Service cannot and should not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
• Always consult a qualified and licensed professional when dealing with any health issues (both physical and mental) or when making significant life decisions.
• You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided by the Service and for the consequences of those actions.

• Subscriptions: Certain premium features of the Service may require a subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew for your selected period (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account.
• Refunds: Except when required by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service (such as your conversations with the AI). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content for the sole purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree to use OmFlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or disable any features of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use the App to generate, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the App to distribute viruses or other malicious code
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the App

The Service and all of its original content (excluding User Content), features, design, and branding are the exclusive property of NOVAPLAY SDN. BHD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request the deletion of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

THE APP IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVAPLAY SDN. BHD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the App will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements
• The quality of the App will meet your expectations
• Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NOVAPLAY SDN. BHD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you within the app. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
