• User-Generated Content: We store the history of your conversations with our AI wisdom guide. This ensures a coherent and contextual chat experience. We treat this content with the utmost level of security.
• Technical and Usage Data: We automatically collect anonymous technical information, such as your device type, operating system version, IP address (for approximate location and analytics), application crash reports, and data on your interactions with app features (e.g., which types of meditations you prefer, which affirmations you engage with). This data helps us improve the app's performance and user experience.
• Payment Information: If you subscribe to OmFlo Premium, all payment processes are securely handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store sensitive payment information like your credit card number or billing address. We only receive a transaction receipt confirming your subscription status.
• Information We Do Not Collect: We do not collect your real name, phone number, or any other contact information that can directly identify you personally.

• To Provide Core Services: We use your star chart information to generate daily cosmic guidance and save your conversation history to provide a continuous AI companion service.
• To Personalize Your Experience: Based on your usage patterns, we may recommend meditations or affirmations that you might find interesting.
• For Service Improvement and R&D: We may use fully anonymized and aggregated user data (such as conversation topics and feature usage frequency) to analyze trends, improve our AI models, and enhance app functionality. In this process, all identifiers that could be linked to an individual user are removed.
